I bought this device featured above with a hoop to attach to the top, which was fiddly & difficult to do. The power buttons tiny & became none responsive after a few days

While working it did help sleep but drains battery quickly even a duracell battery

Opinion: The one I bought, more like cheap toy rather than effient sleep helper
